1. WHO WE ARE

Unicaderma.com is an e-commerce dedicated to the sale of cosmetics. The unicaderma.com site promotes the sale of cosmetics by ordering online.

The “unicaderma.com” site deals solely with the personal data of users that are required to carry out the relationships with them as specified below, respecting the principles of proportionality, fairness, legality and transparency in accordance with art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 “Code on the protection of personal data”.

All transactions will be carried out in accordance with the laws on distance contracts (Articles 50 and 60 of Legislative Decree 206/2005) and the sale of consumer goods (Article 128 and Legislative Decree 206 / 2005).

2. ORDERS AND PROCESSING

ORDERS ON LINE

Your order can be made telematically by filling out mandatory data collection fields for order processing and delivery. In case of any problem, you can contact Customer Support by sending an email to info@unicaderma.com to be up-to-date on delivery status.

If your payment is by credit card, Paypal will receive your order within 48 hours (Monday to Friday except holidays), then entrusted to DHL courier and delivered in the next 72 hours (Monday through Friday except holidays). The order confirmation will be sent by e-mail to the address you indicated at the order of the order.

We can accept any delivery address on national and European territory and in places served by the road network.

In the event that the carrier has been chosen by you other than those offered at the time of purchase, the risk of damage and damage to the Products will be transferred to you at the time of delivery to the carrier itself, excluding any disputes regarding the features Outside of what is delivered. Available delivery options:

  • Retreat at Servicepoint – Indicates a DHL point as the place of delivery of the shipment. You will be able to retire personally as you prefer.
  • Alternative Address – Indicates an alternative delivery address throughout the country of destination of the shipment.
  • Delivery to a neighbor – allows you to indicate the delivery of a neighbor to whom the shipment should be delivered.

Chiara Cravino’s Unicaderma reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons: suspicion of fraud, inconsistencies detected in the data collection. Chiara Cravino’s Unicaderma carries out shipments all over Italy, including the islands. Shipping costs in Italy are free until April 2017. As of this date, they will be € 11 for each shipment in Italian territory, including the islands.

Products purchased are entrusted to DHL and delivered within 72 hours of shipment. Our courier performs deliveries from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. If at the time of delivery there was no one to withdraw it, DHL will give notice of its passage and the possibility of retrieving the parcel at authorized pickup points (receipts, tobacconists …) closer to the delivery address.

If you want to send a gift purchased on unicaderma.com, you can send the parcel ordered to a different address from your home, such as a workplace or the domicile of a third person.

You can gift a “gift card” to make a last minute gift. The person you are given will receive the voucher via e-mail immediately after payment.

3. SALE DOCUMENTS

Following your order, Chiara Cravino’s Unicaderma will send an orderly acknowledgment of receipt by email, below will send the goods including tax documents. Unicaderma’s sales of Chiara Cravino are not subject to VAT.

4. WARRANTY AND CLAIMS

Chiara Cravino’s Unicaderma is responsible to customers for any defective compliance existing at the time of delivery of the products.

Please note that a guarantee of compliance lasts two years from the date of purchase or delivery if not inconsistent. The complaint of non-compliance by the consumer must be made within two months of the discovery of the defect to the seller. This instrument may be used by the European Consumer to resolve any dispute relating to contracts for the sale of goods and services entered into and / or from the network on a non-judicial basis. 5. RETURNS

UnicaDerma di Cravino Chiara reserves the right to apply the following policy on returns to all products purchased through the website www.unicaderma.com and delivered to the entire Italian territory excluding Vatican City, Luvigno and San Marino. If there is an incorrect, incomplete delivery, or the received product is clearly damaged, the customer may avail himself of the right of withdrawal as governed by the EU2011 / 83 / EC and Legislative Decree 21 of 21 February 2014.
In order to properly execute the withdrawal from the purchase, the products must in any case be returned with their original seal and not open for hygienic reasons, to the senses of the paragraph “E” ex art. 59 of the aforementioned legislation.
If the customer wishes to proceed with the sale, he or she is required to return the goods or deliver it to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the date on which he has informed us of his withdrawal from this contract. The term is respected if you return the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day (1). CASES OF EXCLUSION FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The following cases exclude the customer from the withdrawal period:

DIMINATION OF VALUE
